Please note the following details for this location:

  - Billing and Insurance: Direct billing is available for some insurance companies, but you can seek reimbursement using the receipt provided after your appointment. Please check your plan documents to confirm your coverage.
  - Parking: Parkplus street parking is available, with 2 hours of free parking north along 8th Street. Paid parkade parking is available in the mall building, across the street in the Canadian Tire building, and in the Best Buy building.

  - Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and consent forms.

  - The lounge, sauna and steam facilities are available for use after your treatment. 

  - If you take advantage of any of the spa services or facilities please book your Osteopathy appointment first and remain clothed until after your Osteo treatment.
